Free submission limited to 20 per day

Due to a high submission rate to our link directory, we've had to limit the number of free submissions that we can accept to 20 per day. This will allow us to review the submitted sites more thoroughly thus producing a higher quality link directory.
We've implemented the restriction in such a way that if we decide to reject any of the sites received during the day, it will allow another site to be submitted.
Another reason for applying the restriction is due to the large number of 'made for adsense' sites submitted with little or no content but plenty of google adsense advertisments. These sites provide little or no use to web users and we have been spending far too much time reviewing the large list of these sites, only to reject them.
